These practice tests are modeled on the content and format of Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE)—the American Association of Veterinary State Board (AAVSB) national certification exam. Certification as a veterinary technician demonstrates that an individual meets the national knowledge and competence standards of veterinary technician practice.
These practice exams contain 100 multiple-choice questions. The official computer-based VTNE consists of 225 questions, 200 of which are scored and 25 of which are pretested for possible use on future exams.
